Everything below is done by our own licensed technicians. Nothing is subcontracted out to whoever is free that day.
Leaks, running toilets, failed shut-offs and the fixture that has been dripping since spring. Most repair calls are handled in a single visit. We carry common valves, cartridges and supply lines on the truck, so a diagnosis usually ends with the job finished rather than a second appointment.
Slow drains, backups and recurring blockages, cleared and then looked at properly. Clearing a blockage and understanding why it formed are two different jobs. We camera the line after any main-stack clear so you find out whether it was grease, roots or a break in the pipe.
Repair, replacement and sizing for tank and tankless systems. A heater that has started to leak at the base is finished, and no repair changes that. We will tell you which of the two you are looking at before quoting anything.
Whole-home and partial repipes, including failing poly-B and galvanised supply. A repipe is disruptive and we plan it that way: room order agreed up front, water back on each evening where the layout allows, and drywall openings kept to what the route actually needs.
Taps, toilets, sinks, tubs and the rough-in behind a renovation. We install fixtures you have bought as readily as ones we supply, and we will say so in advance if a fitting will not meet the existing rough-in rather than discovering it with the wall open.
Burst lines, active leaks and no-water calls, around the clock. An emergency call gets a real technician on the phone, not a booking queue. If the right move is to shut a valve and wait until morning, we will tell you that instead of dispatching a night-rate truck.
A slow drain and a failing main stack look identical from the kitchen. Call and describe what you are seeing — we would rather spend five minutes on the phone than send the wrong truck.
Same-day booking where the schedule allows, and emergency calls answered around the clock.
