Commercial & mechanical

Buildings are a different job.

Plant, common property and a hundred people who need their water back. Commercial work is scheduling as much as it is plumbing, and we treat it that way.

Scope

What we cover.

Mechanical and plumbing service for condominium corporations, multi-family, light commercial and managed property across Simcoe County.

Boilers & hydronics

Service, repair and replacement for hydronic heating plant, including pumps, expansion and controls.

Backflow prevention

Installation and annual testing of backflow assemblies, with test reports filed where your jurisdiction requires them.

Scheduled maintenance

Planned visits on an agreed interval, with a written condition report after each one so budgeting is not guesswork.

Condo & multi-family

Common-element work coordinated with condo boards and property managers, including notice to residents and unit access scheduling.

Main stack & sewer

Camera inspection, jetting and sectional repair on building mains, with footage and findings supplied to the owner.

Tenant coordination

Access windows arranged directly with occupants, so a building-wide job does not become the manager's phone problem.

How we work with managers

The part that is not plumbing.

A building-wide job creates a week of phone calls for whoever manages the property. Most of that is avoidable with scheduling done properly up front.

  • Resident notices drafted and delivered before the work
  • Suite access windows booked directly with occupants
  • One named contact for the whole job
  • Written condition report after every scheduled visit
  • Findings and camera footage supplied to the owner
Maintenance

Planned beats unplanned.

A scheduled maintenance agreement puts a technician in the building on an agreed interval, with a written report each time. The point is that a budget stops being a guess and a failure stops being a surprise.

Send us the building. We will come and look at it.
